Administrator - Halifax - Immediate start - 3-6 Months - Leading Company

Are you a proven Administrator seeking immediate work in the Halifax area?

Are you customer focused and looking for work with a leading employer?

Our leading national construction based client are seeking a proven and customer focused Administrator to join the team on a temporary contract in the Halifax office.

Working as part of a team, you will help by processing order, arranging dispatch and deliveries and when needed providing customer support with general phone calls.

  • Immediate start / short notice
  • 3-6 Months (potentially longer)
  • £9.00ph + Holiday Pay
  • Weekly Pay
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Duties include:

  • Processing orders
  • Ordering Stock
  • Keeping the systems up to date and data entry
  • Updating internal systems and reports
  • Answering general calls form customers

Experience needed:

  • Proven administration experience
  • Good attention to detail and IT skills e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Order processing would be an advantage
  • Good customer service skills
  • Organised and keen to learn
