Working alongside the Resort Brand Manager and the Marketing management team, you will take ownership of park comms channels, forming strong relationships with cross-functional departments to ensure there’s a clear strategy to drive repeat visitation, product awareness and secondary spends.
You will also be responsible for supporting the Resort Brand Manager in leading the development and execution for park product and seasonal events, including Zoo Weekends, February Half Term, Easter, Halloween, Christmas and all new launches and on park events.
You will be a brand guardian and ensure that product standards and guest experience is being met, as well as ensuring all operational and commercial signage is on brand, clear and well presented.
Finally, supporting the wider marketing and PR team with a focus on delivering key Resort KPIs such as exceeding revenue and visitor budgets and guest satisfaction scores.
We are looking for the following skills and experience;
Graduate calibre with up to 2 years’ experience in Marketing.
Ideally have had experience of advertising, media, creative design, project management, online and customer insight. Attention to detail is essential.
Some design projects will be required as part of the role, so a proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Photoshop and/or Illustrator - is required.
Experience in managing suppliers and external agencies. Strength in communication is essential, particularly through clear briefings, communication and holding them accountable.
Proven track record of managing suppliers, as well as successful campaigns
Know how to present your ideas convincingly - successfully winning others round to your point of view.
Passion for entertainment, visitor attractions and creating magical moments for guests.
This role is full time, permanent, averaging 40 hours per week and which may include weekends and bank holidays as required.
