Job title: Business Development Manager

Location: Bradford

Salary: Basic up to £35,000, Double OTE, Great company culture with a solid reputation and very little staff turnover.

NJR Recruitment are working with an established IT reseller who are renowned in their industry and can cater to all hardware and software needs for both public and private sector clients. They are also accredited partners for all the major technology brands such as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ESET, Bitdefender to name a few.

You will pitch their portfolio of products and solutions to clients whilst maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts and existing accounts. In addition, you will be researching your market to maximise sales potential and working towards your sales targets.

Key Duties:

  • Identifying and prospecting for new business opportunities with resellers and varied retailers
  • Developing a sales pipeline to ensure continued meeting of quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Utilising the CRM for tracking activity, targeting lapsed clients and data gathering
  • Utilising effective communication skills to listen to the client’s requirements and solution selling an appropriate product.
  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure smooth running of the sales process.
  • Ensuring to continuously meet and exceed client expectations

Requirements:

  • Proven new business sales experience (Hunter / Gatherer)
  • Experience in any of the following:
  • Cloud Solutions,
  • IT Hardware
  • Infrastructure
  • Refurbished Supplies
    • Excellent presentation, communication[KN1] and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build rapport quickly and at all levels
    • Tenacious and energetic
    • Proven track record in achieving targets
