Page Personnel are recruiting for a Conveyance Case Handler Administrator to join a company in Bingley in the Legal Sector.

Client Details

The client is a busy legal business and they are looking for extra members to add to the team. The Conveyance Case Handler Administrator will assist in providing a professional service to clients on all aspects of the buying and selling process.

Description

The responsibilities of the Conveyance Case Handler Administrator will be; communicating with the clients and understanding how to proceed with the conveyancing transactions, carrying out searching and reporting back to the fee earner, communicating with estate agents, solicitors and third parties, handling your own case load from instruction to completion, accurate preparation of completions statements, assisting and keeping the client updated throughout the process, dealing with any new enquiries.

Profile

The Conveyance Case Handler Administrator will have/be -

  • Minimum of one year in Conveyancing (New Build/plot sales experience would be an advantage)
  • Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of case management systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Good attention to detail
