Taking incoming calls from clients wanting to place orders, inputting orders and quotes into multiple systems including SAP
Building strong relationships, being proactive and using your initiative when having conversations with customers and potential customers alike
Providing excellent levels of customer service and advice to customers, ensuring that they are happy with the level of service received
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and couriers to understand customer needs and resolve customer issues.
Helping to look after, manage and grow accounts
Being the point of contact for sales managers, speaking to suppliers and customers to facilitate the quoting and ordering of products
Building excellent internal and external relationships
Sales and target driven
First class communication skills both over the phone and in writing
Excellent attention for detail as you will be keying in quotes and orders
Good listening skills and rapport building skills
Conscientious, Hard working and organised
Taking a keen interest in keeping up to date with new products and services
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Team player who is happy to take direction as well as working on your own initiative.
