I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to join a successful company in Leeds.

Client Details

My client are an industry leading company in Leeds that support multi-sector organizations with their facilities management on an National level.

Description

As a Facilities Administrator, your duties will entail the following:

  • Dealing with basic administrative duties on a daily basis
  • Providing a high level of administrative support for the core internal functions
  • Providing a professional and efficient service to all clients
  • Ensuring tasks are planned and completed within SLA's agreed
  • Day to day management of the subcontractors

Profile

The successful Facilities Administrator will have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationship building
  • Great Problem solving skills
  • Computer literate
