HR Assistant

Due to an increase in work, my client are now looking for an HR Assistant to join their team.

This is an ideal opportunity to broaden and develop your existing HR experience with the support of an experienced team of HR Consultants. You will ideally be a graduate with some experience in an HR focused role and be keen to develop a career in HR through studying towards a CIPD qualification.

As an integral part of the team, you will provide administrative support to the HR Consultants. This may include accurately drafting letters, contracts and handbooks as well as some diary management and helping to monitor the Consultants’ inboxes when they are busy in client meetings. In addition, you will be comfortable interacting with clients. This could be remotely helping them with updates on their HR system, co-ordinating recruitment activity, or assisting the HR Consultants with client meetings and new client development. There will also be some direct client HR administration work such as virtual filing and running payrolls.

Ideal Person:

Passionate about your career in HR

Minimum 1 years experience in HR/ CIPD level 3

Passionate about building relationships with clients and colleagues

First class attention to detail

Effectively manage deadlines

Excellent at multitasking and prioritising workload

Team Player

Proficient in Microsoft applications


Salary circa 26k per annum, generous holiday allowance and benefits, in addition the support to grow their HR Career.
