Account Executive- Dental Software

Why: Market leading Dental Software Vendor in the UK

Basic- £21,000 - £23,000 / OTE £45,000 - £50,000

Kent- Flexi Working

Do you have 12 months+ B2B new business experience? Dental software experience would be desirable but not essential.
Do you have a proven track record of hitting their targets in the form revenue?
Do you have experience in a consultative sales process?
Are you good at analysing data and dealing with numbers?

We are currently working with the market-leading provider of Dental Software for some of the biggest dental practices within the UK and across the globe. With over 30 years' experience, their practice management software has enabled their clients to become more efficient and has totally transformed their practices. With the average employee staying within the business for over 5 years, this is a perfect opportunity for someone to join a fantastic business with great progression opportunities.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for their existing client base as well as identifying new prospective clients. You will need to be comfortable with managing the full sales cycle and have previous experience with a consultative sales process.

This is a great company who is on a fantastic journey of growth and expanding their sales team, which offers the opportunity for you to progress. This will be a home based role for now but will need to commute to their offices in North Kent 2 days a week and 3 days at home. If you are someone looking for a clear progression path and to kick-start your career within Software Sales, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities: Sales Consultant-

Be Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the form of annual sales quota
Expanding their customer base through strategic new business prospects
Creating and maintaining executive and senior management relationships- C Level / executive
Strategically managing the sales process from lead generation to booking appointments and closing new business opportunities
Effectively communicating their value's through proposals, demos and presentations

Competencies: Sales Consultant-

Proven track record for sourcing and closing new business
Awareness of a consultative sales process
Take lead in client facing opportunities, meeting clients requirements
Outstanding listening and communication skills
Provide consistent pipeline opportunities, managing account decision making process to ensure revenue is achieved
Provide accurate and timely account pipeline reports, account plan updates and sales forecasts
