Senior Business Process Analyst required to work for a leading organisation based in the Wetherby area, West Yorkshire, on a fixed term contract basis to start as soon as possible until December 2022. This role is ideally working 36 hours per week on a full time flexible basis with the opportunity to work from home and the office in a hybrid role. Working 30 hours per week part time will also be considered for this role. 

You will be reporting into the Project Manager who, alongside the Programme Manager, is accountable for the successful capture and redesign of the processes for the project. You will also be responsible for line managing the HR Process & Reporting Lead and the Reporting Expert as well as matrix management of the Payroll Process & Reporting Lead. Using your extensive experience of process mapping and new process design together with your in-depth knowledge of HR and HR Payroll systems you will play a key role in delivering the significant benefits of this project.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Management role leading the work stream responsible for designing future state HR, Payroll and Employee Services processes, future reporting capabilities and assisting with data migration in relation to the new HRP system.

Lead the process and reporting work stream within the overall HRP system implementation from project kick-off through to post go-live stabilisation.

Leverage experience with HR process analysis, change management, and other performance improvement and general management activities. 

Analyse business processes using Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methods and tools. 

Gather and analyse business requirements and translate these into the future state process and work with the third-party supplier to ensure system configuration is in line with requirements.

Identify, define and deliver business solutions that meet corporate business objectives while improving cost, quality, efficiency, scalability and/or margin.

Develop standard operating procedures and deliver training to business end users in conjunction with the third-party supplier.

Act as a change agent within the business to continually promote forthcoming improvements and related initiatives.

Coach and mentor team members in the production of process documentation.

Experience and Skills required:

Extensive experience with business process engineering /reengineering and process mapping in relation to HRP system implementations, including excellent understanding of standard HR and HR Admin functions and processes.

Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience of taking information from multiple sources and synthesising conclusions for both a technical and a non-technical audience. 

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
