Service Desk Analyst - Leeds

A brand new role to join an established technology driven business based in centreal Leeds, walking distance from the train .

Due to expansion we are looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst to join an existing team where you will be the first point of contact for all technical issues encountered by a user base of over 1,000 colleagues.

You'll be working on a Service Desk, receiving and resolving support tickets and escalating any major issues when appropriate.

We are looking for an individual who doesn't shy away from a challenge as this is a fairly fast paced environment offering a variety of BAU and project based work.

We are looking for a candidate with an IT Support, 1st Line, Helpdesk or Service Desk background with good communication skills and an outgoing personality. From a technical perspective we are looking for an all-rounder, someone familiar with a variety of IT Systems (predominantly windows), Office 365, VPN's, Active Directory etc.

There's also an opportunity to get some exposure to cloud / Azure technology as well as ongoing project based work.

On offer is a salary of 20K + 10% bonus + onsite gym + decent holiday allowance and working from home rota.
