Page Personnel are recruiting for a Team Assistant to join a legal business in Bingley.

Client Details

The client is a busy business within the Legal Sector and are expanding their teams. The Team Assistant will be providing administrative support for the department. Main duties will be production of departmental documents and associated correspondence and assisting in providing a professional service to Clients and maintaining client contact.

Description

The Team Assistant will be responsible for; audio/copy typing of all correspondence and documentation produced by departmental fee earners, filing, copying, sorting and collating of post, maintaining and reviewing the departmental diary, key dates and appointments system. Dealing with accounts procedures (including dealing with account sheets, expenses, and billing), dealing with file procedures, receiving and actioning client enquiries both by telephone and in person.

Profile

The Team Assistant will have/be -

  • Sound experience of typing and/or word processing applications, packages, process and formats equivalent to a minimum period of one years experience in a professional environment. Working knowledge of Solicitors administrative practices and experience of setting out documents across the range of subject areas.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
