An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Training Coordinator to work on an exciting project addressing gender inequality and supporting women to achieve their potential and contribute to the growth of businesses in the York and North Yorkshire region. Please note that although this project is specifically aiming to support women in employment, this vacancy is open to individuals of all gender identities.
Duties of the Training Coordinatorinclude, but are not limited to the following:
To develop and pilot a series of evidence-based training packages designed to interrupt and tackle unconscious bias and encourage young women and girls to be ambitious and aim for senior leadership positions - Influencer Training.
To work with education organisations to deliver the training packages developed targeted at teaching and support staff in Schools, colleges and universities.
In addition to delivering the Influencer Training delivery strand and support other training activity where required.
The requirements, skills & experience required for the Training Coordinatorinclude, but are not limited to the following:
Qualified to NVQ Level 4 IAG, Award in Education and Training, or Certificate in Education and Training.
Experience of CPD training package development.
Experience of training delivery to adults.
Experience of presenting information to a wide variety of audiences.
Experience of supporting organisations and their workforce.

The Remuneration & Working Hours for the Training Coordinatorare:
£24,000 basic salary per annum.
30 hours per week.
