Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a skilled Administrator on behalf of our client, a highly regarded UK wide financial services organisation with offices outside Wythall. This is an initial temporary role commencing ASAP through until December 2019 undertaking administration support for a larger team. Our client is looking for a candidate who has administration skills and is comfortable working with in-house CRM databases. The main focus of this role will include reviewing/updating data on the current CRM and migrating onto a new CRM whilst also providing ad-hoc administration support. Please note this is a full time role and due to working in a highly regulated sector the successful candidate will need to pass credit, basic DBS and

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Updating and proofing data help on the CRM
  • Migrating contact information onto a new CRM
  • Proofreading data
  • Setting up new users
  • Providing administration support to the wider team

Background of the Administrator:

  • Proven administration experience gained within an office environment
  • Accustomed to working with CRM databases
  • High attention to detail
  • Experienced user MS Office Suite
  • Accustomed to working within a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
