An established Investment Manager based in Dublin.

Job Description

CRM Business Analyst will be required to hit the ground running to elicit, challenge and document business requirements from various stakeholders. A flexible approach as well as good senior stakeholder management skills are key As a senior BA you will be expected to document all business change and systems requirements, and to manage that documentation to sign off and beyond. The documentation formats will include User Stories / Use Cases, BRD and FSD where appropriate. Once requirements are approved the senior BA will work with relevant teams toward the delivery and implementation of the requirement through build, testing and business acceptance The project is fast paced with fixed dates so and role requires a 'self-starter' who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do what needs to be done to get the job done This role is based in Dublin and is a six month contract but could be potentially for longer. Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements elicitation and documentation
  • Building good working relationships with stakeholders and liaise with all stakeholders at all levels to agree requirements
  • Produce as required project feasibility and gap analysis reports
  • Translate requirements into User Stories / Use Cases, BRD and FSD
  • Identify options for potential business solutions as well as working with technical solution architects and developers to ensure that technical solutions meet the business requirement
  • create logical & innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Present proposals to stakeholders
  • To work within an agile delivery methodology
  • Ensure project deadlines & schedules are enforced/met and escalate any issues
  • Communicate & apply project standards
  • assist in the drawing up of testing schedules and test cases/scenarios associated with project deliverables
  • Assist in the creation of new/altered procedures and training materials
  • Creation and management of change requests
  • Provide progress reports where appropriate to project managers showing progress against milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks & dependencies

The Successful Applicant

CRM Business Analyst Qualifications Desirable: ISEB Business Analysis qualification (or IIBA), or Educated to Degree level , or an alternative Financial Services Industry Related Qualification and/or PRINCE2 Experience A depth of knowledge as a Business Analyst within the Wealth Management / Finance Sector, with a proven track record in delivering a variety of projects / solutions to both front and back office departments. The following experience is highly desirable:

  • M&A experience
  • Delivering CRM solutions
  • Delivering FCA Suitability solutions
  • Working with an Agile delivery methodology
  • Producing User Stories / Use Cases
