You will be working in North London supporting a growing international sales team, being exposed to not only supporting sales executives and business developers, but developing relationships with customers yourself.

You will play a pivotal and key role in supporting a team of sales executives and business developers
You will be responsible for delivering an industry leading customer service experience to clients
You will be operating in a fast-paced environment and providing full support to sales personnel in all day-to-day activities, including, but not limited to, quotations and order processing, logistics and transportation, documentation, and other aspects of the business to ensure a smooth transition from order to delivery
You will also be able to develop your own business development skills by engaging with clients and providing high levels of customer service
Developing relationships with customers and responding to their requirements for fast quotes in relation to both products and logistics
You will be supported by a first-class procurement and logistics team and will take full responsibility for the overall execution of customer transactions, from initiation to completion
Proficiency in English - French speaking in addition is not essential but desirable, as are other European languages as well
Background in international business
Proven experience working as an Account Executive/Sales Support etc. and wanting to develop a career in business development
Meet and exceed client expectations and an acute attention to detail
Be target driven and result oriented
Strong organisation and planning skills
Follow all tasks through to completion
Computer literacy and skills in MS Office and CRM Software
Good communication skills are crucial, telephone manners and a high level of numeracy are essential

Our client are looking to pay £25,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience.
