SALARY: £19,000 - £21,500 depending upon experience
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Administrator looking to join a leading company? If so, due to company expansion an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Administrator for a forward-thinking company based in Hertford. If you are currently an Administrator with strong admin and IT skills, we would welcome your CV.
Handling enquiries by telephone - registering applicants and book viewings/appraisals
Managing the electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are kept updated
Updating and maintaining Inventories as and when required
Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
Draw up necessary documents for new tenancies
Dealing with new landlords as and when required
Dealing with re-lets, renewals and termination paperwork
Being the main point of contact for the office on a daily basis
Liaising with utility companies to advise of new tenants
Maintain regular contact with the tenants
Arrange tenancy extension agreements
Ensure all appointments are entered into the office diary
Carry out referencing
Ensure all tenants are dealt with efficiently and any explanations are provided where necessary
Arrange gas and electrical safety checks
Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Liaise end of tenancy deposit release with landlord and tenant
Multi-tasking and prioritising your daily workload
Deal with any other property issues that may arise within the team
Key signing in and out and key tracking
Providing efficient and effective admin support to ensure a smooth running of the office
Working in a busy team environment and on your own initiative
Meeting and greeting customers upon their arrival
Updating and maintaining the in-house system
Must have strong administration skills - property experience desirable but not essential
Be a car owner

Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
